After getting interested in mushrooms through his foraging hobby, Bradley began selling exotic, gourmet mushrooms varieties at the market and to local restaurants. As a cook, he loves to incorporate unusual ingredients, and these gourmet mushrooms are just that!
Maritime Gourmet Mushrooms are grown on hardwood chips in a highly controlled environment. They can be eaten alone or incorporated into a variety of dishes. They are an excellent option for vegetarians as they are high in protein. Brad says many people also consume them for their medicinal properties.
