How to Apply

We are currently updating our Vendor Application Kit. To apply to become a vendor:

  1. Review the FAQs to ensure you qualify and understand the rules and responsibilities. 
  2. Write an email or a hard copy letter, listing all of the items you wish to sell. Describe if you make, grow or create the items. Include samples and/or links to your website and social media pages. (Previous years’ forms will not be considered as part of your application.)
  3. Forward the completed application form to: manager@frederictonfarmersmarket.ca or c/o Newmarket Properties Inc., P.O. Box 35, Fredericton, N.B., E3B 4Y2. Applications are reviewed as they are received.
  4. In 2-3 weeks, you will receive a written reply on the status of your application. No reason will be provided for rejected applications. 
  5. If your application is approved, congratulations! You are now a Vendor. 
  6. Please note, Vendor permits may be suspended or cancelled at any time.
