Gluten-Free never tasted so good! Jeanne Clarke-Walker is the talented baker behind this gluten-free bakery (no cross-contamination). Jeanne has always had a passion for baking, but it was gluten intolerance in her own family that inspired her to create a line of delicious gluten-free products.
She mixes her own flour depending on what she’s making, finding the perfect consistency without compromising flavour, sometimes taking years to perfect a blend. “I won’t sell anything unless it tastes good!” Jeanne says.
Jeanne is passionate about supporting local vendors. She only uses eggs from Goodine’s Poultry Farms, the stand next to hers. You’ll find Jeanne inside the market every Saturday for your baked-goods and custom-cake needs.
