Heshmat Samimi started Sam the Juice Man in 1991, after moving to Fredericton from Iran in 1979. He decided to sell orange juice and smoothies because he wanted to help people by providing something fresh and natural. βHealthy is the future!β he says.
Heshmat works alongside five or six staff members, including his son and wife, who help with juicing, packaging and sales. They love coming to the market because of the lively atmosphere and seeing the regulars.
