Red Rover Brewing Company
When Nicola and Adam Clawson moved to Canada from England, they saw a gap in the local craft drinks market. So they combined their careers as a biologist and an engineer, respectively, to create Red Rover Craft Cider.
Inspired by the dry ciders they enjoyed in England, they use a slow fermentation process with 100% apple juice to allow their product to age like a fine wine. They’ve won an impressive 25 awards, including an international best-in-class cider (one of the most prestigious awards in the worldwide cider industry!).
