While working in her family’s sleigh-ride business, Tracy Hunter came across an opportunity to work in a local pasta business where she learned the ropes of pasta-making from scratch. She acquired the business and now runs it herself, selling her products at the market every Saturday.

A market staple for many, her artisanal pasta is made using local ingredients wherever possible and all organic ingredients. She offers a variety of flavours that are sure to please your taste buds, including lemon pepper, garlic, spinach and more! And for all you craft beer lovers, she also has a Picaroons beer pasta!
