Christian and Aila MacFarlane and the friendly father-daughter duo behind Mini Morsels.
The idea to start a mini donut business began when Christian was on a trip out west with his wife, Katharine. She introduced him to mini-donuts, one of her all-time favourite treats. On that trip, they started thinking about how they could bring them to Fredericton. A few years later, in 2006, they brought that idea to life with Mini Morsels.
After all these years, Christian and Aila still enjoy having some donuts themselves every Saturday morning. Enjoy yours plain, with sugar or cinnamon sugar.
