At 50, Andrien Dugué moved from his native St. Pierre et Miquelon to New Brunswick to pursue his passion in a new market. He brought with him his extensive knowledge of meats and sausage-making that’s been passed down through generations in his family.
Andrien runs La Ferme du Diamant with three helpers. With 45 different high-quality products to choose from, the choice isn’t easy, but local favourites include sausages and foie gras. All his products are made traditionally without fillers or additives.
