Michael Sauter and his family have been selling their family tradition for 32 years.
Michael’s Swiss father, who started Kurt’s Meats, taught him the art of sausage-making. He now makes all the sausages himself with the help of his son using family recipes. Their high-quality sausages are made without additives, fillers, by-products or preservatives.
The Sauter family, including Michael’s two daughters, who also help him at the market, loves coming to the market for the social gathering and to catch up with their customers.
