Danielle Black, one of our young entrepreneur vendors, works full-time at her business Flourish Kombucha. Kombucha is a fermented tea drink made using a process that creates beneficial acids, probiotics and antioxidants. It has an array of health benefits. Danielle makes hers in small batches using high-quality tea she purchases directly from a family of growers, and from natural ingredients such as blueberries, lemon, strawberries and mint. She uses locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
