Since she started selling at the market 18 years ago with her sisters, Sarah has acquired lots of experience making different jams. She now runs the business, Family Favourites, by herself. As soon as she gets home from her full-time job, she begins making jams using recipes she has developed over the years through research and experimenting.
“If someone had told me 19 years ago that I’d be selling jam at the market, I would’ve thought they were crazy!” she says. But now Saturday mornings would be incomplete without the Market, where she enjoys talking to her customers and fellow vendors.
